Sky Wallis — The City Hall Bum. Sky Wallis is a dirty city hall bum, he begs for weed and cigs at city hall, and tries to fight people who don’t give him drugs, or money, he also tries to beat random people up at city hall, and tries to rip them right off the city bus, by their musty dirty hair! I saw him rip an old man off the bus with a walker off the bus, because their was no more seats left, the musty a55 city hall drivers didn’t even do sh1t!, and just watched sky pull that old man off the bus by his hair! Watch out for sky Wallis at city hall terminal……
