Under the disguise of a volunteer teaching teenage boys about aviation, this horrible man has sexually abused at least two of them during a program held in a (south side) community center. Complaints against Raymond were filed, but he has managed so far to hush all of them and escaped justice. Ironically, he has done so by using money and connections that his wife inherited. Terrible that it happened and shocking that the wife knowingly supports her sick husband. This dirty old scumbag should not be around boys. I wonder how his own children feel about this.
