Derek Terris in 1998 Burnt down a entire row of town houses almost killing 100 University students. he started the fire trying to kill roommates that evicted him for not paying rent for 5 months and stealing food in the middle of the night the whole time. To leave town he stole money by depositing fake checks into friends accounts. Has not been in NS since. People are still waiting for him.
