Spencer Cullers North Liberty Iowa Mail Fraud

Recently, a $60,000 pokemon card was “lost or stolen” around November 2018. A Trainer #3 Super Battle Promo was sold by an ebay seller pokemonpalace. An account owned by Spencer Cullers from North Libery Iowa. The online business is ran out of an address at

Spencer Cullers sold the card to an oversee buyer with full insurance. Once the card arrived to eBay’s international shipping center it was no longer trackable. The card was supposed to be transferred to the the third party shipper.
This known issue when selling on eBay. Often times tracking is not updated in a few countries. When tracking is not uploaded there is no proof of delivery. Due to language barriers it is difficult to cooperate with foreign shipping.
Spencer Cullers has sold numerous items on various platforms and knows the technical aspect of shipping.
Spencer Cullers co -conspired to manipulate this known mailing issue to attempt to perpetrate insurance and mail fraud. This is not the first time Spencer has attempted something like this. He is also banned from PSA for knowingly submitting counterfeits.
The FBI and local law enforcement have an active investigation into his series of insurance frauds. Please contact your local law enforcement if you have been victim to Spencer’s crimes.
