Jay Capps And Victoria Capps Racist. Inbred. Bigots. Meet the two most deplorable human beings you will ever come across. Jay and Victoria Capps can be summarized with a plethora of words. Racist, bigots, homophobes, thieves, liars, animal killers, criminals , just to name a few. These two run a “remodeling business”, if that’s what you want to call it, and absolutely refuse to hire anyone who isn’t white or straight. Unfortunately, it doesn’t stop there with these two degenerates. They are notorious for dropping racist and homophobic slurs at the drop of a hat. Many times, they do it in public. I’ve never seen such ugly hate in two people like this trash. These two are both severe alcoholics. Without it, they are uglier and more cruel than they already are. Victoria drives with at least two beers in the cup holders at all times. That includes times her little granddaughter is riding in the back seat. Nothing says I love you like putting your “loved ones” in danger every time you get behind the wheel. With a suspended license no less. They have a shack apart from their house that they periodically let people stay there. On multiple occasions, they have broken into the shack that their roommates were occupying, ransacked the place, made up lies about their roommates, stole items they thought they could make money off, and all the while justifying it in their twisted, very little minds. One set of roommates they evicted; they couldn’t even give them time to pack up without barging in and yelling obscenities at them and threatening them with violence. Jay is a pathetic excuse of a man whose answer is always violence. I guess he’s trying to make up for what he’s lacking elsewhere. When their former roommates weren’t packing at a pace to their liking; Jay shut off the power to the shack. With no vehicle, and no power; the roommate’s cell phone died, and he was stranded. He couldn’t walk anywhere because it got down to 14° that night and there were two pets in the shack that the roommate needed to consider. Jay and Victoria were aware of the animals and didn’t care. It got so cold that night that pet died and the other one barely survived. When the roommate was able to get away from his kidnappers; Jay and Victoria decided to try and hold the remaining belongings of the roommates at ransom. Going through their stuff once again, stealing items, stealing mail, throwing away important documents. The roommates were able to get what remained of their items. Not without Jay and Victoria being completely immature the whole time and causing problems. These two are dumber than anything you could fathom. They resort to name calling and violence when it comes to an argument. Engaging them in any kind of argument is a futile attempt. Don’t bring yourself to their level. Don’t do business with them. Don’t engage them in conversation. Avoid them at all costs. Let the entire city of Wichita know what filthy, racist, bigoted pieces criminal trash they are.
