Charlie Hurlocker who runs a pokemon fraud grading service called Ludkins Collectables (Collectibles) has been scamming and frauding countless children who submit their cards to his grading service. He routinely swaps cards with lower quality cards. Essentially he steals cards then swaps them for lower quality cards. He has been doing this for quite some time. There is an active police report against him. Anyone who has fallen victim to him or his fraudulent business should contact their local police department and the Herndon, Virginia police and reference case number #20-85463.
