This dirty Detroit police Commander Timothy Leach was working unauthorized off duty at a St Patrick’s Day party. Used force on a patron that was not causing problems (according to eye witnesses). They said the sound of his head hitting the floor sounded like a watermelon being smashed from 2 stories. 5 people called 911, but were then told the guy “slipped and fell.” The restaurant employees at Ottava Via are just as guilty. The victim is in a coma with multiple skull fractures, a brain contusion, and had to have part of his skull removed. The Commander is suspended…but when will he face criminal charges? City of Detroit PD covering this up!
