Horrible service, had appointment for 4:00, they called and asked if I could make it 3:00. Got to clinic at 2:45 and was told Dr. Joseph Caplan was running 45 minutes behind, No call just find out when you get there. Waited over 1 hour just to get in to an office then waited another15 for Doctor to show up. Looking for new provider.
