This low life has stolen thousands of dollar from numerous victims. He produces a bogus promissory note as a contract to pay back the money he takes with a 20% return on the initial money and then 8% on any money being held in trust. Several victims have come forward to the police and these victims believe there are a lot more that haven’t. If you have been scammed by Doug Djan please come forward to Calgary police. Help stop others from losing their money and being victimized by him.
